Products chosen for occupied buildings

Low-VOC and zero-VOC waterborne coatings with fast recoat windows are the default for occupied space. They allow two coats in a single night and leave the area usable in the morning. For healthcare and food service we specify washable, scrubbable finishes that survive daily disinfection, and antimicrobial-additive coatings where the client requires them.

Property managers should receive a certificate of insurance naming the building as additional insured, W-9, licence documentation, a written scope, a colour and product schedule, and a lien waiver at closeout. We supply all of it before mobilising. Our crews are fully insured, including general liability and workers' compensation, on every commercial site.
